Yeah I do breakfast regularly. I have a simple breakfast but it is very nutritional. I take one bowl of oat porridge, one egg and one glass of fresh juice. It think it is simple and nutritional.

I totally depend on quality not the quantity.
I just took an egg and fresh juice of oranges with some slice with butter.
