Hi guys ... i have heard that fish oil is best for health because it is rich in vitamin A ... i wanna know that how much an individual can use in a day ? i have read some where that 1200MG is pretty enough in a day ? correct me if i am wrong . Thanks

Hi dear,

Fish oil is very beneficial for the health and improving the fitness.
It is very effective for burning the fat an d losing the extra weigh t.
It control the cholesterol level and prevent from heart problems.
It is also helpful for removing the bones, muscles, and joints pain.

fish oil is very use full for human body and its tissues.
fish meat and its oil increase the metabolism. and maintain the blood pressure.
it helps in reducing the fat, provide the refreshment to the brain.
